(1) If the quality or quantity of any substance in any consumer goods or service has been determined within the limits, the Nepal government will determine the quality of such goods or services by completing the prescribed process.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette regarding the determination of the quality of any consumer goods or services.
